DOCTORS

 Dr. Zimmerman earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2000 from The Ohio State University, College of Veterinary Medicine. In 2005, Dr. Zimmerman bought into the practice as a partner, and by 2010 he became the sole owner of Westview Veterinary Hospital, and Lakeshore Veterinary Hospital in 2013. He divides his time as a veterinarian between small animal surgeries, with a focus in orthopedics and ACL repair, Equine reproduction and lameness, and preventative medicine. Professionally, he is a member of the Ohio Veterinary Medical Association, the American Veterinary Medical Association, and the American Association of Equine Practitioners. 

Dr. Zimmerman grew up in Lindsey, Ohio and now resides in Fremont with his wife, their three children, and their two dogs Deacon and Landry. In his spare time, he enjoys woodworking, cooking, skiing, and many other outdoor activities. He also enjoys doing Crossfit and is an L1 coach in Fremont.

Dr. Brandy graduated with her Bachelor's Degree from The Ohio State University in 2007, and earned her Master's Degree in Public Health before completing her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2012 at The Ohio State University. Dr. Brandy joined the Lakeshore team in 2015 as an associate veterinarian.  Her interests include small animal medicine and zoonotic diseases. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Ohio Veterinary Medical Association. Dr. Brandy has three cats, Mabel, Hank, and Sparkle. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her son and socializing and hanging out in downtown Sandusky.
