SCHEDULING POLICY

NEW CLIENT APPOINTMENT POLICY

 In order to best serve our clients and our veterinarians time, all new clients will be required to pay a deposit fee to schedule an appointment. This deposit is non-refundable and will be used toward your pets exam and total expenses. Please have a credit card ready when calling to schedule an appointment. 

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

 It is important to our veterinarians and our staff to care for your pet, however, we understand conflicts may arise with your scheduled appointment time. We ask that you call at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel it. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or do not show up for your appointment without notice, you will be charged a $35 fee and will be asked to pay a deposit fee before scheduling another appointment.
