PAYMENT OPTIONS

 Payment is required in full at the time of the services rendered. We accept cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). If this is not possible, please address this with our office staff and they will gladly assist you with your different options. Lakeshore offers multiple types of financing options by using Care Credit, or Scratchpay that allow you to treat your loved one in a timely fashion to help optimize a full recovery. Please be sure to bring your drivers license and a secondary ID if this option is necessary for you, and we will help determine what fits best for your situation. 

 You can apply for Care Credit online at CareCredit.com, call Care Credit directly at 800-365-8295, or apply in our office. We offer 6 month interest free payment options.  

 You can apply for Scratchpay online at Scratchpay.com or by texting PAY to 213-296-0817. Once approved for a set dollar amount, you have seven days to utilize the funds.
